The short version.
We collect only what we need to verify a business and run the engagement you asked for. Your source financial documents are processed on dedicated hardware in Alberta, are never sent to third-party AI providers, and auto-purge after 90 days. We don't sell your data.
What we collect.
- Information you give us. Name, email, phone, business details, and any financial or operating documents you submit through an intake form, waitlist, or engagement.
- Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, browser, pages requested) used to operate and secure the site.
- Communications. Email and messages you send us, kept so we can serve and support you.
How we use it.
- To produce the verification, report, diagnostic, or matching service you requested.
- To contact you about your engagement, founding-cohort status, or support requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve our service, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Where your data lives.
Verification and report generation run on locally-hosted infrastructure in Alberta, Canada. We do not route your source financial documents through third-party large-language-model providers. Submitted source documents are automatically purged 90 days after an engagement completes, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to retain them.
Sharing.
We share your information only: with your consent (for example, releasing your Modeled SDE Estimate to a buyer, lender, or partner you've authorized); with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing and email delivery) under confidentiality terms; or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email [email protected].
